This personal data is collected specifically by using cookies and other similar technologies, as described below,<\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm16 translation-block\">\u2212 third parties or publicly available sources, for example, analytics providers such as Google.<\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm15\"><span class=\"tm17\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm15\"><span class=\"tm17\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm8\"><strong><span class=\"tm7\">DATA THAT IS BEING COLLECTED AND PROCESSED<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm18\"><strong><span class=\"tm11\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm12 translation-block\">\u25cf TORRIS collects the following User\u2019s data:<\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm16 translation-block\">A. personal identification and contact data which includes: name, email address, mobile number, when needed job description and name of the employer \/ company on behalf which the Services shall be rendered,<\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm16 translation-block\">B. technical data which is collected when the User browses TORRIS website automatically about the User\u2019s visit to the website, including, but not limited to, information about the IP address used to connect the User\u2019s computer to the internet, browser type and version and browser plug-in types and version.<\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm15\"><span class=\"tm9\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm8\"><strong><span class=\"tm7\">LEGAL BASIS FOR THE DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm8\"><span class=\"tm19\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm12\"><span class=\"tm13\">\u25cf <\/span><span class=\"tm9\">\u25cf TORRIS collects and processes User\u2019s personal data in following situations:<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm16 translation-block\">\u2212 to execute an Agreement TORRIS is about to enter into with the User or has entered into with the User (i.e. when the User contact TORRIS to acquire its Services),<\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm16 translation-block\">\u2212 where the User has given TORRIS his\/her prior consent to collect and use User\u2019s personal data (for example marketing),<\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm16 translation-block\">\u2212 where it is necessary for TORRIS\u2019 legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and User\u2019s interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests. Podaci se mogu prenositi:<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm40\"><span class=\"tm9\">\u2013 if it is necessary for the performance of the requested services, i.e. the fulfillment of assumed contractual obligations,<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm40\"><span class=\"tm9\">\u2013 if the User has given their consent to such transfer,<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm40\"><span class=\"tm9\">\u2013 to third parties, namely other data processors, with whom TORRIS has concluded appropriate agreements based on which it guarantees an equal level of protection of personal data. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm15\"><span class=\"tm9\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm15\"><span class=\"tm9\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm8\"><strong><span class=\"tm7\">USER\u2019S RIGHTS<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm8\"><span class=\"tm19\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm20\"><span class=\"tm13\">\u25cf <\/span><span class=\"tm9\">\u25cf Each User has the right to submit a written request to TORRIS requesting:<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm41\"><span class=\"tm9\">\u2013 confirmation of whether personal data relating to the User is processed or not,<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm41\"><span class=\"tm9\">\u2013 notification about data related to the User whose processing is in progress and about the source of this data,<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm41\"><span class=\"tm9\">\u2013 notification of the User\u2019s right to correct or delete personal data or limit the processing of personal data relating to the User or the right to object to such processing,<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm41\"><span class=\"tm9\">\u2013 notification of the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory body;<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm41\"><span class=\"tm9\">\u2013 inspection of the records of the collection of personal data and their copying,<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm41\"><span class=\"tm9\">\u2013 printout of data on who and for what purposes and on what legal basis received personal data relating to the User for use,<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm41\"><span class=\"tm9\">\u2013 notification about the logic of any automatic data processing that applies to the User,<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm41\"><span class=\"tm9\">\u2013 supplementing, changing and\/or deleting personal data that is incomplete, incorrect and\/or not up-to-date,<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm41\"><span class=\"tm9\">\u2013 deletion of personal data based on the \u201cright to be forgotten\u201d,<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm41\"><span class=\"tm9\">\u2013 limitation of personal data processing.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm20 translation-block\">\u25cf TORRIS is obligated to comply with the User\u2019s request from article 6.1. without delay, and no later than within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the written request. Written requests are sent in writing to the address of the TORRIS\u2019 headquarters, either directly or by registered mail with return receipt, or by e-mail.<\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm20 translation-block\">\u25cf TORRIS is obligated to inform the User about the addition, modification or deletion of personal data no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the written request, as well as all recipients to whom personal data has been disclosed to, provided that the same is possible and does not require disproportionate effort.<\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm20 translation-block\">\u25cf The user has the right to ask TORRIS to delete personal data relating to them, which request TORRIS is obligated to comply with if one of the following conditions is met:<\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm42\"><span class=\"tm9\">\u2013 personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected, <\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm42\"><span class=\"tm9\">\u2013 the user has withdrawn the consent on which the processing is based,<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm42\"><span class=\"tm9\">\u2013 the user files an objection to the processing,<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm42\"><span class=\"tm9\">\u2013 personal data was illegally processed.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm20 translation-block\">\u25cf The User has the right to obtain from TORRIS the limitation of personal data processing if one of the following is met:<\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm42\"><span class=\"tm9\">\u2013 the User disputes the accuracy of personal data, in which case the processing is limited to the period during which TORRIS is able to verify the accuracy of personal data; <\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm42\"><span class=\"tm9\">\u2013 the processing is illegal and the User objects to the deletion of personal data and instead requests a limitation of their use; <\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm42\"><span class=\"tm9\">\u2013 TORRIS no longer needs personal data for processing purposes, but the User requests it in order to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm20 translation-block\">\u25cf The User has the right at any time to file an objection to the processing of personal data relating to them and TORRIS may no longer process such personal data unless it proves that there are convincing legitimate reasons for the processing that go beyond the interests, rights and freedoms of the User or for the purpose of setting , realization or defense of legal claims.<\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm20 translation-block\">\u25cf All requests, inquiries, objections or other related to the processing of personal data by TORRIS, are submitted:<\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm43 translation-block\">\u2013 by post to the address TORRIS Branding d.o.o., Julija Knifera 4, Zagreb<\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm43\"><span class=\"tm9\">\u2013 by e-mail to: <\/span><u><a href=\"mailto:info@torrisbranding.hr\"><span class=\"tm9\">info@torrisbranding.hr<\/span><\/a><\/u><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm20\"><span class=\"tm9\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm8\"><strong><span class=\"tm7\">DATA KEEPING<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm15\"><span class=\"tm19\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm20 translation-block\">\u25cf TORRIS will only retain User\u2019s personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes it collected it for, including the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.<\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm15\"><span class=\"tm9\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm8 translation-block\"><strong><span class=\"tm7\">LINKS<\/span><span class=\"tm7\"> TO OTHER WEBSITES<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm8\"><strong><span class=\"tm11\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p class=\"Normal tm14 tm20 translation-block\">\u25cf TORRIS\u2019 Website may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins and applications.
